Thank you for choosing Qi Frequency. Each creation is handcrafted in small batches, and we want your experience to feel steady, clear, and reassuring. If your piece isn’t the right fit, the guidelines below will help you request a return smoothly.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, your item must:
- Be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Include all packaging, cards, and protective materials
- Include proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)
How to Start a Return
Please email us at xixiliya1@outlook.com with your order number and a brief reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive the return address and instructions.
Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
Return Shipping
If the return is not due to craftsmanship defects or an order error, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method for high-value pieces.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
- Customized or personalized orders
- Sale or discounted items
- Personal care items
- Gift cards
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the piece is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately with photos. We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct item-to-item exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return the original item first and place a new order after the return is accepted.
EU Customers – Right of Withdrawal
For orders delivered within the EU, you have the right to withdraw within 14 days of delivery without giving a reason. The item must meet the same eligibility conditions stated above.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return.
- Once approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
- If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact us.
