- Item must be in its original condition — unused, unworn, with tags, and in original packaging.

Important: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Shipping Costs

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a different item, please return your original item first. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item.
EU Customers – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If your order is delivered to a country in the European Union, you have the right to return it within 14 days of delivery without providing a reason. Items must meet the eligibility conditions mentioned above.
Refunds

- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
